Whether you need to create realistic-looking bruises for a Halloween photo or need to look beaten up for a film project you're completing, sometimes you just need to add a few brown and purple spots to your face.

Check out this Photoshop tutorial to learn how to retouch yourself with bruises, swelling, and discoloration by using the clone stamp tool and then the liquify filter. Now get your (fake) violence on.
