How to Make Any Shaped PNG Image (Non-Rectangular) Using Photoshop

Normally jpeg & other formats save images in rectangular canvas.Even if we delete surrounding area to give it other shapes,the deleted area is filled with white. But PNG format supports non rectangular shaped images.This tutorial shows how to do that in photoshop.
